It was just an optimal selection for an overnight stay in Duluth with very good value for money. The staff promptly switched our room when we had a leak from the window due to the rain, which saved us from further issues. Make sure to check for any maintenance concerns as they seem to be ongoing.

A Bit of a Letdown, but Still Enjoyable

Our stay for four nights in a queen room was comfortable with lovely lake views. However, the customer service left much to be desired, especially with no room upkeep during our stay. Be sure to check out the nearby restaurant options for meals instead.

The location is absolutely spectacular and the top floor restaurant is very convenient for having a meal when we don't want to leave. I loved that my family could enjoy the indoor pool after a long day. It's a nice touch, you know?

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The lake view from the 14th floor was absolutely stunning, and the mini fridge worked great. Loved the good choice of TV channels while relaxing with my family.

Had a comfortable stay in a premium queen room with two queen beds and a stunning lake view. The room was equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, refrigerator, and microwave. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center too. The dining experience at the rotating restaurant was unique, providing great food with fantastic views.

Location near downtown is great, providing easy access to attractions and dining. However, parking was a hassle, as finding a spot required significant time and effort during our stay. Service in the restaurant was disappointing. we waited an extended period without ever being acknowledged, which left a sour impression. Additionally, the room was cramped for four people, making it challenging to navigate around luggage and preparing.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, with a nice clean room and a king bed. The amazing views from the revolving restaurant made my time extra special as I strolled through the nearby Lakewalk and explored the Great Lakes Aquarium just a short walk away. as a single traveler, I appreciated how conveniently I could access all these fantastic landmarks without needing to drive around. It was a bit noisy in the elevators during busy times, but overall, my experience was positive.

During my stay, I appreciated the easy access to Canal Park and the Aerial Lift Bridge, making it convenient to explore the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also had a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff who were attentive to my needs.

More elevators would improve access for seniors.
